"Customer service was okay, just slow"
They did end up helping me with what I needed, so I can’t really say it was bad, but it took way longer than I expected and I was kind of just sitting there waiting and wondering what was going on, so overall it was fine but not exactly a great experience.

"Nice styles, clean designs"
I’m in a bit of a rush, but overall I really like it. The designs look clean and the style fits what I usually go for.

"Arrived fast, but nothing fancy"
It actually got here quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The package showed up in good shape and everything was fine inside. Not much else to say though, the packaging was basic, but it did the job.

"Shockingly, My Usual Size Actually Fit"
I ordered my regular size, and somehow the pants fit just right, what a wild concept. The waist wasn’t trying to cut me in half, and the length was actually good too. Buying from dockers was easy, which feels like a small miracle these days

I’m usually a little cautious about buying pants because I don’t want them shrinking, wearing out fast, or ending up with loose stitching after a few washes. But the Dockers pairs I’ve bought have been a safe bet so far. The fabric feels sturdy without being stiff or cheap, and they’ve held up really well after months of regular wear and washing. The fit was pretty much what I expected too, which is always a relief. Overall, they’re just reliable everyday pants, and I haven’t had any issues.

"Way comfier than I expected"
I ordered a pair from dockers.com they surprised me. They fit well right out of the package and didn’t have that stiff, awkward new-pants feel. I wore them through a full workday and was totally fine keeping them on afterward. Then suddenly—wait, why are these pants actually better than half the stuff I own? Anyway, yeah, really comfortable

"Return was shockingly easy"
